Areas of Expertise Most of Ms. Bennett’s work focuses on complex litigation involving personal injury/ wrongful death defense cases in a variety of litigation areas. Ms. Bennett is known in the legal community as an experienced trial attorney. She is hard working, self-motivated, organized Senior Associate with over 20 years of experience in handling an extensive broad array of cases. Ms. Bennett’s expertise lies in analyzing and developing various types of litigation matters to a successful conclusion with the use of persuasion and negotiation techniques. When Ms. Bennett sees something wrong, her instinct is to solve the problem. When not litigating she fulfills that instinct by rescuing dogs from High Kill Shelters and works with Paws Haven Rescue. Inc. a non profit organization and fosters dogs until she is able to find them forever homes. She received a Bachelor of Science in Honors Economics graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1983 from Southeastern Massachusetts University and graduated first in her major. She received a Juris Doctor in 1986 from South Texas college of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas. She is President of Paws Haven Rescue, Inc. |
