Mr. Ayres’ work focuses on defending employers and insurance carriers against claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act.  Mr. Ayres also has experience defending employers in the offshore marine industry against claims arising under the Jones Act and the LHWCA.  In addition, he has  handled breach of contract, automobile, and general personal injury claims.

Mr. Ayres graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He attended Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law School, and graduated in May of 2007 with a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degree.

He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in April of 2008, and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
