Mr. Perez’s work for Brown Sims is primarily centered on civil litigation concerning the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.  Mr. Perez takes pride in providing exceptional legal advice and pursuing the best interests of the client, while at the same time maintaining the highest level of ethics and professionalism.  

Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 from Florida International University and was an English teacher for eight years at a college preparatory school in Miami prior to receiving his Juris Doctor in 2008 from the University of Miami.  He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
