Ms. Jonczak is an associate in the Firm’s Miami office.  Her practice areas include general civil litigation, maritime law, and claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jonczak defended cases involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, professional liability, automobile liability, and other general litigation matters.  She additionally has substantial experience in the insurance defense industry.

Ms. Jonczak received her Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University in 2005.  She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2008.

Ms. Jonczak is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all county and circuit courts in Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
