The majority of Ms. Lomax’s work focuses on defending employers in the offshore marine industry against claims arising under the Jones Act and the LHWCA.  In addition, she has experience handling premise liability, product liability, DTPA and breach of contract claims.

She received a Bachelor of Art in Anthropology and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 and studied classical archaeology at the University of Missouri, Columbia.  She received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2005 from University of Houston Law Center.

Ms. Lomax was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2005.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
