The majority of Mr. Schulz’s work focuses on insurance litigation and coverage. In addition,
he handles matters arising out of the transportation, energy, and construction industries.
Mr. Schulz earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1999. He earned a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge in 2003. He also earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston in 2007 and served as an editor of the Law Center’s Energy and Environmental Law and Policy Journal. In addition, Mr. Schulz has completed study abroad programs in Prague, Czech Republic and Ottawa, Canada.
Before practicing law, Mr. Schulz was a broadcast journalist with two major news organizations.
Mr. Schulz was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Texas in 2007. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Energy Bar Association.
