Mr. Decker specializes in the defense of claims arising under the Defense Base Act and the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.  

Mr. Decker graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2006.  He graduatedwith a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2009 from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Decker was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship upon his admittance to Georgetown University Law Center in 2006.

Mr. Decker was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2009.  He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
