Mr. Decker is experienced in civil litigation, focusing primarily on defending insurance companies and their insureds against first party and third party claims for personal injury and property damage.   He has experience handling construction litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, breach of contract, automobile, trucking, and general personal injury claims.

Mr. Decker graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2006.  He graduatedwith a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2009 from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Decker was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship upon his admittance to Georgetown University Law Center in 2006.

Mr. Decker was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 2009 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
