Ms. Flexer’s work focuses on defending employers and insurance carriers against claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act. She also focuses her efforts on defending employers in the offshore marine industry against claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. In addition, she also has experience handling Jones Act and class action lawsuits.

Ms. Flexer graduated from Louisiana State University in 2004, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Following that, she attended Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law School, and graduated in May of 2007 with a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degree.

She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October of 2007, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
