Most of Mr. Symms’ work focuses on defending clients in complex civil litigation.
He has an extensive background in aviation and software engineering. With several thousand flight hours, this hands-on knowledge delivers keen insight into what causes air crashes, especially the relationships between pilots, aircraft, weather and ground control.
Mr. Symms also has over 10 years of software programming experience. This specialized knowledge of computer languages is invaluable in software disputes. These varied disciplines are a valuable asset and can be brought in to many aspects of litigation. When Mr. Symms is not litigating, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and volunteering at his church.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 from the American Technological University, and received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2006 from South Texas College of Law. He is a Member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association.
