Overview
Mr. Kibler began his professional career at age 17 as a Private in the United States Army. Through dedication and exceptional performance, he earned the opportunity to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he received his undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and served as an Armor Officer in the Regular Army.
After 14 years of service, Mr. Kibler transitioned to a legal career. Despite being older than most of his peers, he excelled in his studies and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002. For nearly 25 years, he has focused on civil litigation defense, handling a wide range of complex matters including personal injury, automobile and commercial trucking accidents, slip-and-fall cases, dram shop liability, premises liability, product liability, eminent domain, construction defects, real property disputes, toxic torts (asbestos and silicosis), and will contests.
Mr. Kibler has tried more than 40 cases to verdict before juries and judges. He has consistently secured dismissals, defense verdicts, and highly favorable settlements for his clients, including numerous high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death matters with alleged damages exceeding $10 million.
