Overview
Mr. Seipel’s practice focuses on defending employers in the offshore marine industry against claims arising under the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA). In addition, Mr. Seipel handles premises liability, product liability, breach of contract, automobile, trucking, and general personal injury claims.
Mr. Seipel is a native Texan who lives in Houston with his wife and two children. In his free time, he likes to spend it with his family outdoors, playing golf or tennis, and racing an occasional triathlon.
