Overview
Mrs. Beller’s practice with Brown Sims focuses on insurance defense and general civil litigation. She has significant experience in state in federal courts in personal injury, wrongful death, healthcare liability, products liability, premises liability, construction defect, fire/flood damage liability, business interruption, and commercial trucking accidents.
Mrs. Beller worked as an attorney in Oklahoma in the areas of insurance defense and workers’ compensation before moving to the Houston area with her family.
In addition to practicing law, she has a heart for community service. While not at work, Mrs. Beller enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two Australian shepherds. She enjoys cooking, staying active, traveling, and volunteering with her church and in the community.

- Represented a major manufacturer in products liability disputes pursuant to a major recall.
- Dismissal of medical malpractice cases under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 74 that resulted in recovery of costs and attorney's fees for her client.
- Wrote appeal to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
