Overview

Mr. Volpe’s practice covers general defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and contract disputes. Before attending Baylor Law School, he earned an undergraduate degree in Theatre Performance at Baylor University.

While in Law School, Mr. Volpe participated in multiple mock trial teams, including Baylor’s ABA national mock trial team. He also served as the Executive Secretary for the Student Bar Association, and the Lead Student Ambassador, all while continuing to serve the Waco community as a volunteer. Mr. Volpe graduated with Pro Bono Honors and as a Leadership Fellow.

Mr. Volpe fills his free time by playing guitar, reading, watching movies, and exercising.
