Overview
Ms. Pearce was heavily involved in her law school advocacy program, competing in moot court, ADR competitions, and mock trial, where she was a member of the national championship team. She was also recognized by the Order of the Barristers for her advocacy work.
After law school, Ms. Pearce worked at a law firm representing school districts, primarily handling constitutional, employment, and special education claims. In addition, she was a prosecutor in Fort Bend County, handling the general misdemeanor docket, as well as the misdemeanor animal cruelty docket.
Ms. Pearce also co-authored Wrapping it up or not, Chapter in Prosecuting and Defending Truck and Auto Collision Cases for the State Bar of Texas (2022).
Ms. Pearce enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and two dogs, trying new restaurants, and going for long walks.
