Jacob Guerrero

Mr. Guerrero focuses his practice on personal injury and general civil litigation defense.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Houston–Clear Lake in 2020, Mr. Guerrero attended South Texas College of Law Houston. In addition to personal injury matters, his experience includes commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, employment-law claims, creditor-rights litigation, and the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants such as noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements.

At Brown Sims, Mr. Guerrero provides clients with clear, strategic, and efficient advocacy. He approaches each matter with meticulous preparation, tailored case planning, and a commitment to practical, results-focused representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Guerrero enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
