Overview

Ms. Moreno focuses her practice on civil litigation and personal injury matters. Prior to joining Brown Sims, she represented employers in labor and employment matters, advising clients on workplace compliance, grievance proceedings, internal investigations, and employment-related disputes. Her experience includes legal research, case analysis, client counseling, witness preparation, and advocacy in a variety of contested matters.

Ms. Moreno earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was selected as a Presidential Fellow. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Contracts, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Opioid Use Disorder Clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals facing barriers to treatment and recovery.

She is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston and is fully fluent in Spanish.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Moreno enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, exploring national parks, attending live music events, and spending time with family and friends.
