Overview
Ms. Biloune’s practice focuses on defending matters involving personal injury and claims arising under the Longshore Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act (LHWCA) and the Defense Base Act (DBA).
Ms. Biloune earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University in 2022 and her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2025.
While in law school, she participated in Baylor’s renowned Practice Court program, where she developed strong advocacy and litigation skills through intensive training in legal writing, courtroom procedure, and trial preparation. She also served as the Vice President of Relations for the Student Bar Association and was selected as a Leadership Fellow. In recognition of her leadership and service to Baylor Law community, she was awarded the Leadership Fellowship Award.
With roots in Boston, Massachusetts and Houston, Texas, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
