Overview

Mr. Malik focuses his practice on commercial litigation, motor vehicle accidents, product defects, and premises defects that result in catastrophic injury and wrongful deaths. He has represented individuals and businesses in litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Malik also has experience in appellate practice.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cricket and golf, and reading.
