Overview
Ms. Quinn’s practice focuses on insurance defense and general civil litigation. She primarily handles personal injury, premises liability, commercial auto, and construction defect claims. Ms. Quinn’s discernment guides her approach to litigation. She prides herself on being proactive in serving her clients’ needs while providing logical, cost-effective, and straightforward representation.
Prior to her transition into civil defense, Ms. Quinn was a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she gained incomparable case management and trial experience. During her tenure, she served as a County Court Training Attorney as well as Assistant Chief of the DUI/Traffic Homicide Division.
