Overview
Mr. Anastos thrives under the demands of litigation and works closely with clients to develop strategies that protect their interests and achieve efficient, effective results. He handles matters across a wide range of industries—including insurance, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and retail—and has experience with claims involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, and property damage. Thomas takes the trust clients place in him seriously, seeking pragmatic resolutions when possible and litigating aggressively when necessary.
Mr. Anastos has experience across the full lifecycle of litigation, including preparing and examining witnesses at trial. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career, he brings valuable insight into how the other side evaluates and approaches cases.
