Mr. Wilson’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of claims arising under the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and the Defense Base Act.
Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Government with minors in Spanish and Economic Management from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2016. As an undergraduate, Mr. Wilson was a Four-year letterman Defensive Lineman, NCAC Conference Champion, and studied abroad at the Universidad de Granada in Granada, Spain. Mr. Wilson is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
Prior to working at Brown Sims, Mr. Wilson worked as a Research Analyst at a polling firm that analyzed political data and target messages for former U.S. Presidents and Vice Presidents, U.S. Senators and Representatives, State Governors, and local politicians.
Mr. Wilson received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021. While in law school, Mr. Wilson was named Order of Barristers which is given to the Top 10 Oralists within his graduating class. Mr. Wilson was also an Oralist for the International JESSUP Moot Court team, an Executive Board Member of the Trial Advocacy Program, and an Associate for the Loyola Maritime Law Journal. Additionally, Mr. Wilson received the highest grade in Medical Malpractice.
