Shareholder Andrew Taleghany successfully defended a general dentist in a Texas Dental Board investigation and Informal Settlement Conference concerning alleged standard of care violations

Shareholder Andrew Taleghany represented a dentist client when the Texas Dental Board sought to discipline their dental license for standard of care violations.  These involved inappropriate clinical judgment, including failure to maintain proper isolation and properly perform a root canal on tooth number 19, as well as failure to provide an adequate crown on the same tooth.  Through submission of a detailed rebuttal packet with supportive dental literature, and presentation at an Informal Settlement Conference, after deliberation the Board dismissed all allegations against the client.
