Shareholder Andrew Taleghany successfully defended a general dentist in a Texas Dental Board investigation and Informal Settlement Conference concerning alleged standard of care violations.  These involved inappropriate clinical judgment, including failure to properly and adequately diagnose the patient, failure to inform and discuss periodontal disease and present treatment options, as well as record keeping and billing issues, and dishonorable conduct.  Through submission of a detailed rebuttal packet with supportive dental literature, and presentation at an Informal Settlement Conference, after deliberation the Board dismissed all allegations against the client.
