Representative Matters
Mr. Engerrand’s publications have been cited and quoted by the United States Supreme Court as well as appellate and district courts from California to New York. Four of the past five en banc maritime cases decided by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit cited his articles. He successfully argued the other case.
