Overview
Ms. Chambers' legal experience spans more than a decade and has focused largely on insurance defense. Much of her caseload is centered on representing insurance company clients regarding personal injury, property damage, premises liability, dram shop, property insurance disputes and other legal issues of interest to insurers and their insureds.
Ms. Chambers has represented clients in both state and federal courts across Texas and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation from intake through trial. Notably, she has obtained dismissals, verdicts, and favorable settlements for clients in larger, personal injury slip and fall and motor vehicle accident claims with damage allegations in the millions.
Ms. Chambers is a native Houstonian and lives with her husband, Donald, and two teenagers.

Representative Matters
- Assisted in creating the first state-wide MDL approved by the Texas Supreme Court for large insurance client and managed more than half of the 4,000+ cases included in the MDL.
- Defense verdict after one-week trial in a slip and fall personal injury lawsuit where Plaintiff was seeking multi-million dollars in damages.
- Represented Fortune 500 Company in high-stakes litigation including million-dollar insurance disputes involving property damage, bad faith/insurance code violation and fraud.
- Secured $1,600,000 in payment of a claim for large commercial property group as the mortgagee in a complicated coverage dispute involving multiple policies.
