Houston Team Secures Dismissal in SDTX After Snap Removal and Extensive Briefing

We are pleased to announce a huge victory for Houston Shareholders CJ Chambers and Allen Hemphill, and Associate Chinaza Okeke in the SDTX. The case was snap removed after it was filed in Harris County District Court against our client, a forum defendant. After extensive briefing and a subsequent motion for reconsideration, this team successfully obtained dismissal for insufficient service under Rule 12(b)(5).
