Courts Grant Summary Judgment in Favor of Product Manufacturer Clients

Shareholder Danny Abbott successfully obtained summary judgment for different clients in two cases recently. In both cases, the plaintiff sought to hold a product manufacturer liable for their respective injuries despite the clear actions of third parties in using and installing the products. Texas judges disagreed with the plaintiffs’ claims and granted the defendants full summary judgment.
