Evan Boyko was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His current practice focuses primarily on auto/trucking, personal injury defense, premises liability and premises liability cases.
Following his graduation from Indiana University – Bloomington where he earned a degree in Biology, Evan went on to earn his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. During his tenure in law school, Evan regularly competed as both a moot court and a mock trial advocate in the school’s nationally recognized trial advocacy program.
Evan began his career as a civil litigator, focusing his efforts on Plaintiff’s cases involving personal injury/wrongful death, premises liability, and products liability. Following his time spent in Plaintiff’s litigation, Evan was offered the position of Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. As an A.D.A., Evan was fortunate to serve as lead trial prosecutor in multiple jury and bench trials.
Evan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyer’s Association.
