Mina Amiry is a native Texas, born and raised in Houston. Mrs. Amiry is an associate in the firm’s Houston office, and primarily focuses on personal injury defense, auto/trucking cases, general civil litigation, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Brown Sims, Mrs. Amiry represented landowners and apartment complexes in property litigation matters ranging from property tax valuation appeals and eminent domain.
Mrs. Amiry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Mrs. Amiry earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2015.
During law school, Mrs. Amiry was listed on the Dean’s Honor List, Dean’s
Scholar list, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
