Mr. Taleghany’s practice focuses on complex state and federal litigation matters including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and healthcare liability matters.

Prior to joining Brown Sims, he began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable trial experience prosecuting criminal matters in misdemeanor and felony courts.

Thereafter, Mr. Taleghany worked at a boutique law firm for over 10 years defending healthcare providers in all areas of medicine and dentistry. He successfully defended alleged healthcare liability cases in multiple venues throughout Texas, as well as matters before the Texas Medial Board and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.

Mr. Taleghany is licensed to practice in all courts in Texas and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
