Mr. Kibler has more than 20 years of experience as a licensed attorney in state and federal courts after spending 15 years as a commissioned Army officer. After graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army – including assignments as a Tank Platoon Leader, Tank Company Commander, and Brigade Operations Officer, both inside and outside the Continental U.S. After his honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. Kibler attacked the rigors of law school with the same dedication as his military service.

Mr. Kibler’s legal experience is both extensive and wide-ranging. He has defended clients in more than forty trials to the bench or jury spanning everything from eminent domain, real estate boundary or easement disputes, fraud, will contests, construction defects, or simple breaches of contract. He has also obtained dismissal, verdicts, or favorable settlements for his clients in larger, personal injury trucking/wrongful death claims with damage allegations of more than $10 million. Mr. Kibler has even worked as in-house counsel for a well-known engineering design firm, providing vital legal leadership and risk management for on-going design-build projects. It is his broad background, solid courtroom demeanor, and leadership traits that make him a valued member of the team.
