Mr. Clouser’s work focuses on complex litigation and evaluating coverage under various insurance policies.
Prior to relocating to his home state of Texas, Mr. Clouser worked as a litigator in New York where he represented clients in complex matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Clouser has represented companies of all sizes as well as individuals located throughout the country.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from New York University School of Law. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
